Since the first Automechanika Fair in 1971 in Frankfurt, Germany, the event has become the largest automobile trade fair in the world with events taking place in the cities of Buenos-Aires, Dubai, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Madrid, Mexico-city, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Shanghai, and now New Delhi. The ACMA Automechanika New Delhi will be the nation’s first ever specialized and dedicated automobile exhibition. It is expected to attract exhibitors and trade visitors from India, neighboring countries, and other regions. It is jointly organized by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd and the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), a nodal agency for the Indian Auto Component Industry.
