Bhartiya Vigyan Sammelan 2009 is one of the most important events focused in the fields of science and technology, in India. The theme of the conference is “Green Technologies for Sustainable Development”. The event, dedicated to the great biologist, Prof (Dr.) J. C. Bose, to mark his 150th birth anniversary, will be organized by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt of M. P. and Vijnana Bharati, in conjunction with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and Rajiv Gandhi Technology University. It will bring together scientists, technocrats, academicians, policy makers, research scholars and students, as well as innovative farmers and artisans, at a common platform to network and share their ideas and experience in the related topics.
