Event Profile
The Institute of Indian Interior Designers’ flagship event or better known as the IIID Showcase is a show of design and its unbeatable network. The show focuses to define & explore design and also take inspiration from design. With a strong pledge on “commitment to society”, the 22nd edition – IIID Showcase 2013 is planned with the central theme on sustainable architecture. This show will therefore make “sustainability”, a buzzword. The activities planned at IIID Showcase 2013 can be divided into two broad categories – Celebration of Design (CoD) and Deliberation on Design (DoD). As a part of Celebration of Design (CoD), a large product exhibition is being organized to provide a platform for manufacturers to display & demonstrate new products and processes & technologies before a pan-India fraternity of designers. As a part of Deliberation on Design (DoD), three interactive events are organized – one on each day of the show.
