ILSA International Conference 2009 is being organized by West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. The conference will provide students with excellent opportunities to network with international law practitioners, academics and other law students from around the world. The theme of the conference will be ‘International Trade and the Environment’. The conference consists of academic panel discussions related to timely issues of international law and information about international legal opportunities for students. For years, International Law Students Association (ILSA) has helped students to organize and finance international law conferences in cooperation with universities and other educational and professional organizations. The ILSA International Conference is held each year at an institution outside of the United States. ILSA recognizes that its members live and study in countries all around the world, and its events should reflect the global scope of its membership.
