International Conference on Algal Biomass – Resources and Utilization will bring together the scientists and the end-users of algae, under one roof. It will provide them an excellent opportunity to share the knowledge about the research in India on algae and also about their utilization. The conference would cover many topics such as natural resources of marine macro algae, natural water bodies, culture and cultivation of micro algae using, artificial ponds and raceways, bioreactors of different types, culture requirements for biomass production, utilization of algae -as sources of industrial chemicals, as bio-fertilizers, as food and feed, as sources of bio-fuel, as sources of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, for bioremediation of domestic and industrial effluents, as research tools etc.
