Event Profile
International Research Workshop On Spiritual And Ethical Foundations Of Organizational Development (SEFOD 2009) will focus to engage the research scholars into intensive academic discussions pertaining to different dimensions of spiritual foundations of organizational development. The workshop is jointly organized by Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and The Regent University, School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship, USA. The discussions on applied ethics and its role in social, organizational and national context are likely to unfold new dimensions and perspectives in the world of research. The workshop aims to bring together the research scholars from USA, Europe and Asia to systematically explore and map the field from different perspectives referring to different discipliners and spiritual traditions.
SEFOD 2009 is open for doctoral students, research personnel working in related research projects and NGOs, young academicians below 40 years.
