An international conference on Managing Complexity in a Distributed World (MCDES-2008) will focus on the entire issues linked to managing complexity in a distributed world, such as, technologies, energy issues, algorithms, techno-economic and environmental issues, system design and implementation, applications etc, from the electrical & electronics engineering, communication and computing points of view. The conference will also include invited and plenary talks, special sessions on inter-disciplinary areas, tutorials, poster sessions and panel discussions.
