National Seminar on Indian Spices: Research and Utilization will chiefly focus on latest research advancements and utilization of Indian spices in markets. Special emphasis will be on the spices produced in West Bengal. The objective of the seminar is to understand the needs of farmers and tremendous market potential. It will also discuss about various developmental projects running for seed/cutting production of spices as well as different improved varieties of seed rhizomes of ginger, turmeric, amada, kasturi manjal etc.
