The 6th Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning is known as one of the principal conferences on open learning and global development. The conference is intended to find out the achievements that open and distance learning has achieved and its potential to perform in order to achieve success. The conference will focus on four key topics including: Social Justice, Community Development, Skills Development, & Formal Education under the main theme of 'Access and Success: Global Development Perspectives’. PCF6 aims to bring together practitioners, researchers, planners and policy makers associated with open and distance learning and development across the 70 nations. The 6th Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning will offer the attendees excellent opportunities to contribute their experience and proficiency as well as donate to upcoming policy and provision.
