Event Profile
The purpose of the First Asian Consultation on the Prevention of HIV related to Drug Use is to bring together key politicians, policy makers, practitioners, management and frontline workers from the Asian region to pool resources (including best practices and experiences gained), identify barriers to the massive expansion of services required and to collaborate in outlining strategic solutions. The conference seeks to address issues related to drug use & HIV and related health and social hazards in connection with poverty reduction.
