Ingredients:
  • ½ kg (250g) Maida
  • 2 Potato (boiled and mashed)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilly (Powder)
  • Oil
How to make Aloo Puri:
  • Mold Maida, salt and mashed potato into a dough using ghee.
  • Create small balls out of the dough.
  • Roll out into small puries.
  • Prick the purees with a fork, and then deep fry it.
  • Sprinkle red chilly powder, and serve as a dry snack during festivals.
