Ingredients:
  • 1 cup grated Apple
  • 1 cup grated Carrot
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Dry Fruits
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
How to make Apple Carrot Muffins:
  • Mix together flour, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Take another bowl and whisk egg together with sugar, milk and oil, until uniformly combined.
  • Add apple, carrot, dry fruits, raisins and vanilla essence in the flour mixture and mix well.
  • Blend in the egg mixture. Whip until soften.
  • Butter 8 muffin cups and transfer the mixture into them until ¾ full.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
