Ingredients:
- 3 Apples
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Cardamom
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 4-5 tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Water
How to make Apple Chutney:
- Peel off and cut the apples into small pieces.
- Grind with little water.
- Heat oil in pan and add cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.
- Add apples, turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder.
- When the mixture is cooked, add sugar and salt.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Apple Chutney is ready.
