Ingredients:
  • 2 medium Apples (peeled and grated)
  • 1/2 medium Cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 small Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Red Radish (thinly sliced)
  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
  • Salt
How to make Appleslaw:
  • In a large bowl, take the grated apples, cabbage, onion, radish and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add fresh cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the vegetables and mix again.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve chilled.
