Ingredients:
- 2 medium Apples (peeled and grated)
- 1/2 medium Cabbage (shredded)
- 2 small Onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 Red Radish (thinly sliced)
- 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Salt
How to make Appleslaw:
- In a large bowl, take the grated apples, cabbage, onion, radish and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add fresh cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the vegetables and mix again.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
