Ingredients:
- 12 Baby corns
- 3 Onions
- 4 dry Red Chillies
- 8 Peppercorns
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 6 Curry Leaves
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
How to make Baby Corn Pepper Dry:
- Slice baby corns diagonally.
- Boil the slices and add salt to the water.
- Chop one onion.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry dry chillies, peppercorns and onion till onion turns translucent in color.
- Let it cool. Blend it into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds start to splutter, add curry leaves, two chopped onions and garlic and sauté till onion turns translucent in color.
- Add cooked baby corn slices and sauté until babycorn slices turn slightly crisp. Add blended paste and fry on low flame until it becomes dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
