Ingredients:
- 1 cup Ground Almonds (Badam)
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Confectioners’ Sugar
- 2 tbsp Rose Water
How to make Badam Sherbet:
- Put together milk, cream, ground almonds, confectioners’ sugar and rosewater into a blender and blend it thoroughly until mixed properly and smooth, for about 1 minute. Serve over ice.
