Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Ground Almonds (Badam)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rose Water
How to make Badam Sherbet:
  • Put together milk, cream, ground almonds, confectioners’ sugar and rosewater into a blender and blend it thoroughly until mixed properly and smooth, for about 1 minute. Serve over ice.
