  • ½ Kg Chicken ( Clean, wash and cut it into pieces)
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Monosodium Glutamate
  • 2 cloves Garlic ( Crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Salad Oil
  • 1 ½ inch size Ginger Root
How to make Baked Chicken Teriyaki:
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and soak it over night.
  • Bake it in 350 deg for 1 hour approximately.
  • Turn rarely for even browning.
  • Serve it.
