Ingredients:
  • 3 Bananas, mashed
  • 1½ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
How to make Banana Muffins :
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Lightly grease 10 muffin cups or you can line with muffin papers.
  • Take a large bowl and mix together 1½ cups flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  • Take another bowl, beat together bananas, egg, sugar and melted butter
  • Now, Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until it gets moistened
  • Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups
  • Take a small bowl and mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon together
  • Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until this mixture resembles the coarse cornmeal
  • Start Sprinkle topping over muffins
  • Bake in preheated oven for seventeen to twenty minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean and muffins
