Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Oats (use Porridge)
  • 15-20 Almonds
  • ¼ cup Dried Apricots
  • ¼ cup Blackcurrant
  • 1 cup Corn Flakes
  • ¼ cup Dried Figs
  • Strawberries as required
  • Honey to taste
  • Yogurt as required
  • Milk cold/hot as required
How to make Basic Muesli:
  • Roast the porridge oats and transfer them to a bowl. Chop apricots and figs and slice the almonds.
  • Add almonds, black currants, cornflakes, apricots and mix. Store the mixture in an airtight container to use whenever required.
  • You can also add dried pineapple, banana etc. as per your taste.
  • Take a little mixture in a bowl, add figs and add fresh fruits like strawberry, and add honey if you want some sweetness.
  • You can serve the muesli either with hot milk or with yogurt. Mix the mixture in a bowl with milk or yogurt and let it stand for a while before serving.
