Ingredients:
- 466 gm Black Beans (cooked and drained)
- 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 450 gm Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 Jar Pimentos
- 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 8 Onions (chopped)
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 cup Cilantro Leaves (chopped)
- 1 Avocado (peeled and diced )
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
How to make Bean Salad:
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except garlic salt.
- Now, season with garlic salt.
- Toss and chill until serve.
