Ingredients:
- 2 kg Beef (cubed)
- 1 large piece Ginger
- 10 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tomato (blended)
- 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
- ½ tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Beef Roast:
- Grind ginger, garlic, black pepper, and ¼ tsp turmeric powder together.
- Mix beef with ground spices and salt in a pressure cooker. Pressure cook for around 20 minutes. Separate the gravy and beef.
- Heat oil in a pan and add coriander powder, red chili powder, remaining turmeric powder, and garam masala. Fry for a minute on low flame.
- Pour into the beef gravy and simmer until it discharges oil.
- Stir in tomato, tomato sauce, and vinegar. Cook till the oil separates.
- Add beef and cook until deep brown in color. Make sure that the curry dries up completely.
- Serve hot.
