Ingredients:
  • 5 cups Beetroot Juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 2 medium Onions (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
How to make Beetroot Cappucino:
  • In a pan, heat some oil and add cloves, bay leaves and garlic and sauté.
  • Add onions and cook till pink.
  • Now add four cups of beetroot juice to it and cook till it thickens.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and stir.
  • Remove from heat and add cream and mix well.
  • Pour out the drink in cups.
  • Fluff up the remaining beetroot juice to form froth on top.
  • Serve hot.
