Ingredients:
- ½ cup Cilantro ( Chopped)
- ¼ tsp Garlic Paste
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Pound Okra( Lady finger)
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
- 2 Medium Onion ( Chopped)
- Oil
- ¼ tsp Coriander
How to make bhindi bhaji:
- Chop the tip and the bottom of the okra to clean but don’t slice it.
- Heat up oil in a pan in a medium flame.
- Add onions and fry it for 3 min
- Add the remaining ingredients expect okra. Cook it for 3 min.
- Add okra and cook to another 8 min.
- Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
- Serve it.
