Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Cilantro ( Chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Paste
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Pound Okra( Lady finger)
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin
  • 2 Medium Onion ( Chopped)
  • Oil
  • ¼ tsp Coriander
How to make bhindi bhaji:
  • Chop the tip and the bottom of the okra to clean but don’t slice it.
  • Heat up oil in a pan in a medium flame.
  • Add onions and fry it for 3 min
  • Add the remaining ingredients expect okra. Cook it for 3 min.
  • Add okra and cook to another 8 min.
  • Garnish with tomato and cilantro.
  • Serve it.
