  • 1 package Magosa (blanched).
  • 3 tbsp sweet and sour Tamarind Sauce
  • 1 cup boiled Rice
How to make Blanched Magosa with Grilled Shrimp:
  • Grill the shrimps on a grill.
  • Take the margosa leaves and blanch in boiled water.
  • Keep it soaked until serving.
  • Place the margosa leaves on a plate.
