- ½ lb Shrimp (grilled).
- 1 package Magosa (blanched).
- 3 tbsp sweet and sour Tamarind Sauce
- 1 cup boiled Rice
How to make Blanched Magosa with Grilled Shrimp:
- Grill the shrimps on a grill.
- Take the margosa leaves and blanch in boiled water.
- Keep it soaked until serving.
- Place the margosa leaves on a plate.
- Put a shrimp on top of each and add some tamarind sauce.
- Put some rice on each leaf and shrimp and serve.
