Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Green Vegetables (cabbage, beans, cauliflower, etc)
  • 1 Lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
How to make Boiled Green Vegetables:
  • Trim the roots of vegetables. Rinse well and slice them in a moderate size.
  • Boil them on medium heat until about to tender. Drain and shift in a medium bowl. Drizzle few drops of olive oil. Toss the bowl to mix them.
  • Squeeze the lemon all over the vegetables and sprinkle the salt.
