Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 250g Brinjal
  • 250g Fenugreek Leaves
How to make Brinjal Methi Sabzi:
  • Take a frying pan and heat oil.
  • Now add chopped onion and fry it until they turn brown.
  • Add tomatoes, spices and salt.
  • Add chopped brinjal when the mixture bubbles; stir well and cover till brinjal is cooked.
  • Add fenugreek leaves and cook the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
Suggestions:
Serve it with chapati.
