Ingredients:
  • 2 Broccoli
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Green Chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
How to make Broccoli Curry:
  • Chop broccoli into small florets.
  • Combine broccoli, carrot, salt, and enough water in a pan. Cook until tender.
  • Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  • Stir in green chilies and onion. Shallow fry.
  • Mix in broccoli, carrot, garam masala, and salt. Cook for a while.
  • Serve hot.
