Ingredients:
  • 2 pinches Chilli Powder
  • 1 White Onion (sliced)
  • 1 Capsicum (sliced)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 Sweet Corn Cob
  • 1 pinch Salt
How to make Burnt Corn Salad:
  • Slightly roast the corn cob over an open flame.
  • Remove the corn kernels from the cob using knife and place it aside.
  • Take a bowl and mix capsicum, tomato, chilli powder, corn kernels and salt.
  • Spoon the mixed stuff and serve it.
