Ingredients:
- 2 pinches Chilli Powder
- 1 White Onion (sliced)
- 1 Capsicum (sliced)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 1 Sweet Corn Cob
- 1 pinch Salt
How to make Burnt Corn Salad:
- Slightly roast the corn cob over an open flame.
- Remove the corn kernels from the cob using knife and place it aside.
- Take a bowl and mix capsicum, tomato, chilli powder, corn kernels and salt.
- Spoon the mixed stuff and serve it.
