Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp Soft butter
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 Cup yellow corn syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup currants (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup raisins (optional)
How to make Butter Tarts:
  • Mix brown sugar, yellow corn syrup, butter, egg, vanilla and vinegar.
  • Now add raisins and currants.
  • Place it in unbaked pastry shells.
  • Cook for 5 minutes at 425 degree F.
  • Now cook for another 10 minutes at 325 degree F.
