The recipe sounds like recipe for salted lassi. I understand that for buttermilk one needs to use much less curd than what is specified. I am not sure what should be correct ratio of water to curd. Can anyone help please? |

bhai atleast you should write ki milk with curdle is butter milk or removing milk curdle and water left is butter milk |
