Ingredients:
- 200 gm Broccoli
- 455 gm Button Mushrooms (peeled)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 100 gm Cooked Pasta
- 1 Carrot (diced)
- Pinch of Thyme
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Vegetable Bullion
- 115 gm Half & Half
- ½ Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
How to make Button Mushroom Soup:
- Slice the peeled mushrooms.
- Melt butter in a pan and shallow fry the onion, mushroom & carrot.
- Mix in bullion, broccoli and thyme. Cook for around 20 minutes on low flame. Remove from heat & keep aside to cool.
- Mix in nutmeg, half & half, and lemon juice, and flavor with salt & pepper to taste.
- Pour the cooked pasta in the soup and simmer for a while.
- Serve the hot soup.
