Ingredients:
- 2 Onions
- 3 Capsicums (chopped)
- 5 tsp Coconut (grated)
- 2 cup Curd (Yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
How to make Capsicum Raita :
- Heat oil in frying pan.
- When hot, add mustard seeds.
- Roast until they splutter.
- Add onions and fry till golden brown.
- Add chopped capsicum and fry till it becomes soft.
- Put off the heat and set aside.
- Take curd in a bowl and add grated coconut, sugar salt and chilly powder.
- Mix well.
- Finally, add fried capsicum masala and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
Suggestions:
Serve with pulao or stuffed parathas.
