Ingredients:
- 6 g Sugar
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- ½ liter Milk
- 6 Eggs
- Little Nutmeg Powder
How to make Caramel Cream:
- Caramelize the sugar and grease the baking pan with it.
- Combine condensed milk with milk, eggs, and nutmeg powder in a bowl. Beat thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into the baking pan.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Remove and cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve cold.
