Ingredients:
- 4 medium Carrots
- 6 medium Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ stalk Celery (Chopped)
- Ice cubes as required
- Salt to taste
How to make Carrot And Tomato Smoothie:
- Cut the carrots into ½ inch cubes and tomatoes into quarters and freeze them for some time.
- Put the frozen tomato cubes in a blender and blend it until smooth. Add the frozen carrots and blend again.
- Add the ice cubes, fresh lemon juice and blend together again. Serve it in a stemmed glass chilled.
