Ingredients:
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1½ tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Sugar (to taste)
How to make Carrot Custard:
  • Separate egg yolks and whites.
  • Combine carrots with little water in a pan and cook until the water dries out completely. Remove from heat and grind into a smooth paste.
  • Blend butter, egg yolks, bread crumbs, milk, and sugar together in a large bowl.
  • Stir in carrot paste.
  • Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  • Mix in the carrot mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  • Set the oven to 350 °F and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until light brown.
  • Serve warm.
