Ingredients:
- 300 g Carrots
- 1½ tbsp Butter (melted)
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- ½ cup Milk
- Sugar (to taste)
How to make Carrot Custard:
- Separate egg yolks and whites.
- Combine carrots with little water in a pan and cook until the water dries out completely. Remove from heat and grind into a smooth paste.
- Blend butter, egg yolks, bread crumbs, milk, and sugar together in a large bowl.
- Stir in carrot paste.
- Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in the carrot mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Set the oven to 350 °F and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until light brown.
- Serve warm.
