Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg Carrot
  • 250 gms Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Saffron
How to make Carrot Murabba:
  • Wash carrots properly.
  • Peel them and cut it in length wise.
  • Make holes into the carrots with the help of needle.
  • Boil till it turns smooth.
  • Prepare sugar syrup of one thread consistency.
  • Now cook the carrots in sugar syrup till it turns thick
  • Sprinkle saffron.
  • Leave it for cooling.
  • Place it in air tight jar.
  • Carrot Murrabba is ready.
