Ingredients:
- 500 g Carrots (chopped)
- 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Bay leaves
- 6 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- ½ tbsp White Pepper Powder
- Salt
- 5 cups Water
How to make Carrot Shorba:
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion, garlic bay leaves and peppercorns.
- Add carrots and coriander leaves with 5 cups water.
- Bring to a boil and let the carrots cook till tender.
- When done, blend the whole mixture and pour in a pan.
- Boil till the desired consistency and sprinkle white pepper.
