A break away from the usual Coconut chutney served in the South, the Chane Ki Chutney is an alternative yet a perfect match to side with Idlis and dosas. Spiced with chaat masala, chili powder and chana, the chutney is balanced with the tang of the lemon and coriander leaves, leaving a piquant effect on the palate of the eater when mixed with a spicy-oriented main dish.
