Ingredients:
- 200 ml Yogurt
- 2 tsp Cumin (Jeera) Powder (roasted)
- 1 tsp Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp Coriander (Dhania) (chopped)
- a pinch of Salt
- 50 ml Water
How to make Chass Lassi:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Garnish with a little cumin powder.
- Serve chilled.
