Ingredients:
- ½ kg Chicken Liver
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 4 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ cup Pepper
- 3 Green Chilies (chopped)
- ½ Ginger (chopped)
- Few Curry Leaves
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Chicken Liver Curry:
- Combine liver pieces, green chilies, onions (reserving 2 tbsp), ginger, salt, and 1 cup water in a pan. Set it for cooking on low flame.
- Mix coriander powder, chili powder, and turmeric powder with water into a fine paste.
- Dry roast pepper in a separate pan and grind into a fine powder.
- Mix coriander paste in the liver and cook until the liquid dries out completely.
- Put in pepper powder and blend well.
- Heat oil in a fresh pan and fry 2 tbsp onion and curry leaves, until the onion turns golden brown.
- Stir in the liver curry.
- Serve hot.
