Ingredients:
  • ½ kg boneless Chicken
  • ½ cup Pearl Onions
  • ½ cup grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp Dalia
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 1 Ginger
  • 2 stems of Curry Leaves
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 inch stick of Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2 Cardamoms
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (for frying)
How to make Chicken Vada:
  • Squeeze out excess water from the chicken.
  • Combine chicken with all the ingredients, except oil. Grind into a nice mixture.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls and press them lightly.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadas.
  • Serve hot.
