Ingredients:
- 2 Calamari (cleaned and washed)
- 5 Dried Chilies
- 10 Cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Salt
How to make Chili Calamari:
- Cut the calamari into circles and put in a bowl.
- Fry garlic and red chilies for 1 minute in the oil.
- Add calamari and fry for 5 minutes or until they gets opaque.
- Now add salt and pepper.
Suggestions:
Serve with meals.
