Ingredients:
- 5 Idli
- 1 cup( 236 ml) Maida
- 1/4 cup(59 ml) Corn flour
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- For Chili gravy:
- 1 Onion big (chopped)
- 1- 2 Tomato
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder)
- Salt to taste
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
How to make Chili Idli:
- First cut the idlis into small cubes.
- Then make a paste by mixing ginger-garlic paste, maida, corn flour and 1tsp chili powder.
- Dip the idlis in this paste and deep fry it.
- Making gravy:
- Heat oil and season it.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, chopped onion and mix it.
- After sauté, add 1 tomato and mix it well again.
- Add garam masala, chili powder, Jeera powder on the mixture.
- Put the fried idlis and little water on the mixture and stir it well for 5 min.
Suggestions:
Serve with coconut chutney
