Ingredients:
- 150 gm Dark Chocolate
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Flour
- 5 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Cardamom (powdered)
How to make Chocolate Fondant:
- Preheat the oven at 400° F.
- Heat chocolate with butter in a microwave until it melts.
- Take eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until it turns off-white.
- Mix in gradually melted chocolate and keep it stirring continuously.
- Put in flour and cardamom and mix well.
- Grease the ramequins with butter and pour into chocolate mixture.
- Bake it for 12 min or until it is baked well.
