Ingredients:
- Pint of clams
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Red Pepper Powder (to taste)
- Oil (for frying)
- Salt (to taste)
How to make Clam Fritter:
- Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except oil. Whisk well with a tablespoon.
- Heat enough oil in a pan (3-4 inches deep).
- Drop the mixture by a spoon in small batches.
- Fry until golden brown. Transfer into a plate and sprinkle salt.
- Serve hot.
