Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 Cup flake coconut
  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. Almond extract
How to make Coconut Macaroons:
  • Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in bowl.
  • Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.
  • Mix well. Drop the mixture by tablespoon onto lightly greased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
  • Remove from sheets at once.
  • Coconut Macaroons are ready.
