Ingredients:
- 4 cups Cabbage (chopped)
- 1 Red Onion (shredded)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1½ cup Cream
- Salt (to taste)
- White Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
For the Garnish:
- 1 tbsp Lingonberry Jam
How to make Creamed Cabbage:
- Take cabbage, along with onion, garlic and cream in a skillet and get to a boil.
- Thereafter, cook on low flame for 10 minutes, or until well cooked. Stir occasionally.
- Mix in sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer into a serving platter and garnish with lingonberry jam.
- Serve hot with meatballs.
