Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wheat Germ
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Water
- 7 cups Oatmeal (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup Almond Slices
- ½ cup Butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
How to make Crunchy Granola:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Take a saucepan and add butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and water; cook it over low heat.
- Stir it frequently until the mixture is well combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir it frequently until you get the desired consistency.
- Spread the cooked content in an ungreased pan.
- Bake it for about two hours; stirring it frequently.
- Remove it from heat and serve it immediately.
Suggestions:
Serve it with milk as a cereal.
