Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Wheat Germ
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 7 cups Oatmeal (uncooked)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Slices
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
How to make Crunchy Granola:
  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  • Take a saucepan and add butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and water; cook it over low heat.
  • Stir it frequently until the mixture is well combined.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir it frequently until you get the desired consistency.
  • Spread the cooked content in an ungreased pan.
  • Bake it for about two hours; stirring it frequently.
  • Remove it from heat and serve it immediately.
Suggestions:
Serve it with milk as a cereal.
