Ingredients:
- 2½ cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Cucumber (diced)
- 2 tbsp Bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
- 1/2 cup Toasted Nuts
- 1 cup Mild Cheese (diced)
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1 small Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Wheat Germ
How to make Crunchy Salad:
- Take a bowl and mix sunflower seeds, wheat germ, nuts and parsley in it.
- Mix this mixture with the remaining ingredients, in a medium salad bowl.
- Divide it into equal parts and serve with your choice of dressing.
