Ingredients:
- 1 Cucumber (Vellarikka)
- ½ Coconut
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam)
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1 cup Curd or Yogurt
- Salt
- ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
- Coconut Oil
- Curry Leaves
How to make Cucumber Pachadi:
- Grate the cucumber and put some salt to it.
- Take cumin seeds, coconut, and green chilies and grind it to paste.
- Add the paste and little curd on the grated cucumber and mix it well.
- Fry curry leaves and mustard seeds in coconut oil.
- Add it on the Cucumber Pachadi.
Suggestions:
Serve with roti.
